Annual Club Tennis Championship 2011

Conway’s Annual Championship starts shortly. Finals day is Saturday 16 July. All paid-up (full week) adults and advanced juniors can enter. There will be competitions to find the 2011 Conway LTC champions for (click to download):

Our Head Coach, Manni Naumann will be also be arranging junior championships.

The Club hopes that the large majority of members will want to take part in at least one competition.

To get things started, names of members playing for summer teams are already listed on an entry sheet posted in the Clubhouse. If your name is included, but you do not wish to compete in one or more competitions, simply cross out your name on the list or send me a message (07810 621779 or email) by 18.00 on Wednesday 25 May.

Equally, if your name is not included and you wish to compete, just add your name to the list or let me know by 25 May, as above.

Specify all competitions you want to enter, indicating doubles partners as appropriate. If you do not signal a partner, we’ll pair you with someone of broadly similar experience. If you want to change the mixed doubles partner from the one suggested on the Clubhouse list, just say!

The draw will be posted on Friday 27 May. Good luck in your pursuit of silverware and glory (albeit transient).
